Branch Lane Psychotherapy offers individual psychotherapy for adults provided by licensed mental health professionals. Services are available in-person and via telehealth, depending on clinician availability and client location.
Our services are intended for general mental health support and are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Sessions are scheduled in advance and held at the agreed time. We ask that you treat your appointment time with care — it is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Repeated cancellations may result in a review of your treatment arrangement.
If you need to reschedule, please contact your therapist or our office as early as possible. We will do our best to find an alternative time that works for you.
Session fees are discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Fees are due at the time of each session unless a different arrangement has been made in writing.
All information shared in therapy is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws. Your records will not be shared with anyone without your written consent, except in the following circumstances:
Branch Lane offers therapy via secure video platforms in states where our clinicians are licensed. By participating in telehealth, you acknowledge:
Branch Lane is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
Between sessions, your therapist may not be immediately available. If you are struggling and need support, please use appropriate crisis resources and inform your therapist at your next session.
Email and phone are used for scheduling and administrative purposes only, not for clinical communication. Please do not use email to share sensitive clinical concerns — these are best addressed in session.
Your therapist will respond to non-urgent messages within 1–2 business days. Response times may vary during holidays or periods of leave
Branch Lane clinicians do not provide forensic evaluations, custody assessments, or documentation for legal proceedings unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. We also do not prescribe medication.
If your needs extend beyond the scope of our practice, your clinician will work with you to identify appropriate referrals and support your transition to other care.
